Raymond Thomas “Ray” “Hemmy” Warmus, 69, of Cranberry Township passed away unexpectedly Thursday.

Born Aug. 23, 1942, in Oakland, he was the son of the late Henry and Blanche Warmus.

Ray proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. In addition, he was employed by P&LE Railroad and the U.S. Postal Service.

He is survived by his adoring wife of 41 years, Mary Patricia (Hantz) Warmus, who he married on Aug. 22, 1970; six loving children, Charmaine (Yugo) Ikach, Damon (Holly) Warmus, Justin (Jen) Warmus, Kairy (David) Rouleau, Amber (Neil) Warmus and Lacey (Aaron) Garner; 12 precious grandchildren, Savannah, Arwen, Isaac, Isabelle, Gina, Reid, Steele, Lucas, Madison, Ethan, Colton and Shaylee; and three siblings, Richard Warmus, Henry Warmus and Dorothy Luteran.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Ashley Rae Warmus; and six siblings, Vencentia Warmus, Sophie Tonsetic, Thaddeus “Teddy” Warmus, Helen Warmus, Laura Marshall and Edward Warmus.

<B>WARMUS</B> — The family of Raymond Thomas “Ray” “Hemmy” Warmus, who died Thursday, Oct. 6, 2011, will welcome friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the <B>Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home</B>, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township, where a blessing service will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, with the Rev.
