Lois M. Norris, 86, of Zelienople died Sept. 29 at UPMC Passavant.

She was born Feb. 4, 1925, in Tarentum and was the daughter of the late Louis and Twila (Thompson) Rittman.

She was a member of the Park United Presbyterian Church in Zelienople.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Clair Rittman, and a sister Marie Riddle.

Surviving are her husband, Melvin “Newt” Norris of Zelienople; a son and daughter-in-law, David and Kathy Williams of Pittsburgh; a daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Douglas McCambridge of Revere, Bucks County; three stepchildren, Barbara Ross of Franklin, Matthew Norris of Wood, N.C., and Joseph Norris of Dublin, Ohio; eight grandchildren, Kelly, Douglas Paul, Jill, Nick, Jessie, Kiefer, Megan and Jacob; two great-grandchildren Jocelyn and Autumn; and a sister, Sally Neubert of Mars.

<B>NORRIS </B>— There will be no public visitation. A memorial service for Lois M. Norris, who died Thursday, Sept. 29, 2011, will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 17, in Seamen Chapel at Passavant Retirement & Health Center, 401 S.
