Marsha K. Napora Kowal, 67, of Butler passed away Thursday at VNA Inpatient Hospice.

Born in Butler on Aug. 19, 1944, she was the daughter of Sally Rudosky Napora and the late John Napora.

A homemaker, she was formerly employed at Variety Videos in the Greater Butler Shopping Mart.

She is survived by her husband, David L. Kowal, who she was married to for 47 years; two daughters, Dana C. Kowal of Butler and Wendy S. Kowal of Pittsburgh; one granddaughter, Aleyna G. Kowal of Pittsburgh; her mother, Sally Rudosky Napora of Renfrew; one brother, Dr. John Napora of Florida; one sister, Sandy Houllion and her husband, Robert, of Renfrew; and a number of nieces and nephews.
