Finke Jr.

William S. Finke Jr., 68, of Cranberry Township died Monday, Nov. 21, 2011.

Bill was one of the pioneers in the field of physician assistants.

He also was past president of the Independent Mountain Man.

He was the beloved husband of Sharon M. (Taylor); loving father of Stacey Finke (Wylie Woods) and Christopher Kiley; brother of James Harold Finke, Ph.D (Jeane); son of the late William Sr. (survived by Sue T. Finke) and the late Lillian Finke. Also surviving are many loving friends, relatives and colleagues; and Hoss, his special English setter.

Friends were received at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township, 724-772-8800, on Friday with visitation concluding with military honors.
