Edna R. (Brunner) Herrmann
Edna R. (Brunner) Herrmann, 74, of Evans City passed away Friday while under the care of UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Township.
Born June 9, 1937, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late William and Edna (Woessner) Brunner.
For 27 years, Edna was a barmaid at the Mars VFW, where she was a member of the ladies auxiliary of Post 7505.
She enjoyed bowling and watching NASCAR racing, but above all she loved her grandchildren, especially attending her grandson's baseball games.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years, Charles E. Herrmann, who she married Oct. 12, 1971; three children, Sandra Huber and her husband, Chuck, of Pittsburgh, Edward Simon and his wife, Diana, of Pittsburgh and Kimberly Donnelly of Evans City; three brothers, David Super of Arizona, William Brunner and his wife, Patricia, of Warren, Pa., and Wayne Brunner and his wife, Kathy, of Pittsburgh; and eight loving grandchildren, Bryan Stacy, Kelly Simon, Justin Simon, Christopher Mansfield, Megan Donnelly, Shawn Simon, Lucas Rubin and G.J. Huber.
<B>HERRMANN </B>— The family of Edna R. (Brunner) Herrmann, who died Friday, Nov. 25, 2011, will welcome friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at <B>Boylan Funeral Home</B>, 116 E. Main Street, Evans City. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor Richard Wise officiating.
