Mary Worstell

Mary Elizabeth Worstell, born April 27, 1960, in New Brighton, transitioned on Tuesday, 11/22/11, in her Midway, Ky., home surrounded by loved ones and angels.

Mary Beth lived in Zelienople until graduating from Seneca Valley High School in 1978. Her journey took her to several states before she finally found her home in Midway.

She cherished life and the beauty of nature, music, food and people. Her enthusiasm impacted others deeply and profoundly. Wherever Mary lived, community was formed.

Her dogs, Sam, Luca and Stella, were her joy.

Mary was the daughter of Dr. Gaillard and June Worstell of Zelienople. She was predeceased by her father in 1996.

Besides her mother, June, Mary is survived by her sister, Suellen (Eugene) Dornbrook of Corrientes, Argentina; a brother, John (Kate) Worstell of Almond N.C.; nephews, Zayn Dornbrook and Rahmat (Vicky) Dornbrook of Zelienople; great-nieces, Shannon Dornbrook and Isis Dornbrook; extended family in the Pittsburgh area; loving companions, Wendy Sue Wahl of Midway, Ky., and Margie Wojciak of Holliday, Pa.; a daughter, Sara Young of Delphi, Ind.; and countless friends from all over.
