Thomas J. Conley Sr.
Thomas J. Conley Sr., 73, of Middlesex Township, Valencia, died Saturday morning at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Township.
Born in Pittsburgh on May 24, 1938, he was the son of the late James Conley and Hazel Kearney Conley.
Tom was a steel worker for American Bridge in Lawrenceville. He had served in the U.S. Navy, and he was an avid fisherman.
Surviving are his wife, Jane Ashton Conley, who he married on Aug. 12, 1966; a daughter, Kelly Miller (Doug), of Chicora; a son, Thomas J. “T.J.” Conley, Jr. (Erin) of Saxonburg; five grandchildren, Amanda Burk, Tyler and Sarah Conley, and Jacob and Conner Miller; and a sister, Jean Lawson of Cranberry Township.
He was preceded in death by a son, James J. Conley, and a grandchild, Taylor Miller.
