Chamber elects new board, officers
The Butler County Chamber of Commerce elected these board members and officers at its meeting Wednesday.
• Joe Taylor, general manager of Armstrong, chairman;
• Tammy Schuey, director of technology and Internet strategy for the Butler Eagle, first vice chairwoman;
• Brian McCafferty, owner of Kenmac Sales & Service, second vice chairman;
• Treasurer will be Aubery Hulings, vice president and operations manager for Farmers National Bank of Emlenton;
• Immediate past chairman is Nick Neupauer, president of Butler County Community College.
New board directors are Karen Brackett, vice president of Preferred Corporate Services at NexTier Bank; Robi Lombardo, external affairs manager for First Energy Corp.; and Lyric McCandless Schnur, associate vice president and financial adviser with Hefren-Tillotson.
Chamber board members also include Ed Bucha, executive director of the Slippery Rock University Foundation; Cecilia Buechele-Foster, executive director for the Community Health Clinic of Butler County; Dino Capestrani, director of marketing for Concordia Home and Community Service; Elisabeth Howard Sommers, office manager at C.W. Howard Insurance Agency in Butler; Brett Ligo, associate architect with Ligo Architects located in Slippery Rock; Janice Pakozdi-Luffy, controller and treasurer of Bear Metallurgical Co.; Ken Raybuck, executive director of the Community Development Corporation of Butler County; Stephanie Roskovski, vice president of Operations for Butler Health System; Daniel J. Swartz, vice president of marketing with ESB Bank; Dean Weiland, merchandising manager for Friedman’s Freshmarket; and Jennifer Whitmoyer, partner at Sandler Training.
