Powers, 22, of Freeport pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by deception, filed Jan. 12 by state police. Powers was ordered to pay $279 in fines and court costs.William M. Warner, 46, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Oct. 14 by state police.
