SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Thomas P. Compton, 62, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Nov. 17 by Middlesex Township police.

Jessica A. Miller, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Oct. 27 by Middlesex Township police.

Tricia A. Trubic, 31, of Butler was held for court on charges of bad checks and theft by deception, filed July 22.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Joanne D. Brothers, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Sept. 12 by Butler Township police. Brothers was ordered to pay $353.50 in fines and court costs.Paula A. Drushel, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a red light violation and making an improper turn, filed Nov. 14 by Butler Township police.Tyler R. Evans, 26, of Butler was held for court on two counts each of trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 12 by Butler Township police.Elizabeth M. Graham, 65, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Dec. 19 by Butler Township police.Joseph G. Green, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 12 by Butler Township police.Savon M. Jones, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and conspiracy, filed Dec. 9 by Butler County Community College police.Gregory D. Loos Jr., 31, of West Sunbury was held for court on charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended license, a lane violation, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Nov. 23 by state police.Steven L. Lucas Jr., 26, no known address, was held for court on charges of DUI and driving without a license, filed Dec. 20 by Butler Township police.Philip A. McCargo Jr., 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 9 by Butler County Community College police. McCargo was ordered to pay $564.50 in fines and court costs.Amanda J. McCune pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 6 by Butler Township police. McCune was ordered to pay $431.40 in fines and court costs.Mark A. Nellis, 20, of Karns City pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 28 by Butler Township police. Nellis was ordered to pay $564.50 in fines and court costs.Eric L. Powers, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving without insurance, filed Nov. 28 by Butler Township police.Luke D. Schenck, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of obstructing the administration of law or government function, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Jan. 12 by township police.Shaddai J. Shanaa, 18, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 21 by Butler Township police.Samuel E. Skunda, 36, of Lyndora on two counts of simple assault and charges of terroristic threats and harassment, filed Sept. 1 by Butler Township police.Tara N. SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:Nicholas J. Campbell, 24, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 31 by state police.John R. Chisolm, 23, of Trenton, N.J., was held for court on a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 25 by Slippery Rock University police.John W. Powers, 22, of Freeport pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by deception, filed Jan. 12 by state police. Powers was ordered to pay $279 in fines and court costs.William M. Warner, 46, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Oct. 14 by state police.

Barclay, 43, of Petrolia waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 7.Bradley S. Burroway, 26, of Emlenton, Venango County, waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Nov. 27.Bradley D. Kradel, 28, of Chicora waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 2.Edward A. Kriebel, 46, of Petrolia waived to court two counts each of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct and four counts of reckless endangerment, filed Jan. 19.Layne D. Kriebel, 25, of Parker waived to court charges of theft, conspiracy to commit theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 23.Lacey A.
