Armitage

David A. Armitage, 33, of South Fayette Township, formerly of Cecil, went to be with the Lord on Saturday after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was the beloved husband of Lauren (Tokarczyk) Armitage; devoted father of Kingston David Armitage; loving son of Dale and Connie (Veydt) Armitage of Cecil; brother of Jill (Jason) Kowalski of Cecil; uncle of Emerson Kowalski; grandson of the late Rev. Cassius and Margaret Armitage; nephew of Joyce (Phil) Renicks, Beve Fenstermaker, Deborah Solari and the late Ron Armitage.

A 1997 graduate of Canon-McMillan High School and a 2001 graduate of Washington & Jefferson College, Dave was currently a math teacher at Keystone Oaks Middle School, where he also was a coach for the high school football team.

<B>ARMITAGE</B> — Friends of David A. Armitage, who passed away Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011, will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>Warchol Funeral Home</B>, 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333).
