Mary Louise Snyder Weitzel
Mary Louise Snyder Weitzel, 86, of Orchard Manor, Grove City, and formerly of College View Towers, Grove City and Fores-tville, died at 8:12 a.m. Wednesday in Grove City Medical Center.
She was born March 25, 1925, in Monroe, Ohio, to Attie J. Owen and M. Alice Wagner Owen.
She was a 1943 graduate of Harrisville High School and also graduated from Butler Business School.
She was a sales clerk at Vanity Fair at the Grove City outlets and retired in 1999. Formerly she was employed at the Gaylords Store and Trader Horn, both in Butler. She was also a homemaker.
She was a member of Forestville United Methodist Church.
She was a member of Harrisville Community Club, an avid Steelers and Pirates fan and an avid card player. She liked to work crossword puzzles and enjoyed music and spending time with her family.
She was first married to Victor R. Snyder Jr. and then she married Melvin L. Weitzel. Both husbands preceded her in death.
Her survivors are her three daughters, Sherry A. Carlson and her husband, Herb, of Slippery Rock, Pamela S. Watson and her husband, Curt, of Boyers and Karen L. Anderson and her husband, James A., of Slippery Rock; her three sons, Gary L. Snyder and his wife, Sandy, of Harrisville, Randall O. Snyder and his wife, Carole, of Harrisville and Ronald J. Snyder and his wife, Debbie, of Slippery Rock; 18 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Dorothy Robb and her husband, Kenneth, of Mercer, Beulah Gilmore and her husband, Wilfred, of Roswell, N.M., and Alice Cooper and her husband, Marion, of Pioneer, Ohio; and two brothers, Robert J. Owen of Grove City and Frank Owen and his wife, Judy, of Ft. Worth, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; one daughter, Nancy L. Snyder; one son, Jeffrey L. Snyder; one granddaughter, Ashley Anderson; and one sister, Ilo J. Riddle.

Main St., Harrisville with the Rev. Barbara J.
