Greeting the Children
Students at Butler Catholic’s St. Michael building greeted Pittsburgh Bishop Anthony J. Bevilacqua during his visit in March of 1986. The bishop said he enjoyed children, their openness and honesty. Bevilacqua went on to become a Cardinal before passing away Jan. 31 at age 88.
