Noullet

Geraldine Ruth Noullet, 83, of Chicora passed away Thursday at her home.

She was born Jan. 17, 1929, in Butler, the daughter of the late Vernon Edgar and Jennie Ruth (McMurry) Turner.

Geraldine worked for more than 20 years at Butler County Community College as an executive secretary. She helped start the continuing education program for the college. She enjoyed writing, music, playing the organ and spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are her husband of 63 years, Donald Paul Noullet, who she married March 29, 1948; three daughters, Suzanne (Michael) Mills of Butler, Elaine (Frank) Miller of Chicora and Celeste Deets of Venango, Pa.; two sons, David (Sharon) Noullet of Butler and Douglas (Lisa) Noullet of Butler; nine grandchildren; five step- grandchildren; five great- grandchildren; a number of step-great-grandchildren; a brother, Thomas (Mary) B. Turner of Pittsburgh; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
