ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Slippery Rock University sophomore midfielder Lauren Laubach was recognized by Synapse Sports, formerly www.womenslacrosse.com, with its Honorable Mention Player of the Week.
Laubach, in SRU’s 18-13 upset win over No. 12 Indiana (Pa.) last week, scored six goals added one assist and had four draw controls in the team’s first win ever against the Crimson Hawks.
She also added two assists and a game-high seven draw controls in a loss to No. 10 Lock Haven last week.
