Bickish

Nicholas Bickish III, 49, of China Grove, N.C., formerly of Butler, passed away Friday at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast in Concord, N.C.

He was born June 5, 1962, son of Nicholas Bickish Jr. and Joan Creese Bickish. He was homeschooled in Butler.

Nicholas and his wife, Sarah, have been owner/ operators of Utility Improvements in China Grove. Mr. Bickish was a member of the Bear Trail Baptist Church in Cana, Va.

He enjoyed making arrows and shooting his bow, hunting, fishing, canoeing and the outdoors.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his parents; grandmother, Lois Bickish, of Butler; brothers, John Bickish and his wife, Deanna, of Centralia, Mo., Jeff Bickish and his wife, Susan, of Priest River, Idaho, Jim Bickish and his wife, Tami, of Meridian, Idaho, Mark Bickish and his wife, Sandy, of Livingston, Mont., and Nathan Bickish and his wife, Melissa, of Corbin, Ky.; sister, Jodi Fox and her husband, Daniel, of New Brockton, Ala.; children, Racheal Pozyck and her husband, Piercen, Nicholas Bickish IV and his wife, Brittany, Jennifer Santiago and her husband, Dana, Abigail Bickish, Shane Bickish, Timothy Bickish, Travis Jordan and his wife, Kelly, and Danielle Faust and her husband, Michael; grandchildren, Gabriel Pozyck, Immaleigh Pozyck, Mykenzy Pozyck, Julian Santiago and Nathaniel Darrell Lee Jordan.

<B>BICKISH — </B>The funeral for Nicholas Bickish III, who passed away Friday, April 6, 2012, will be at 2 p.m. today at <B>Powles Funeral Home Chapel</B>, 913 W. Main St., Rockwell, N.C., conducted by Pastor Tim Crotts of the Bear Trail Baptist Church.
