SKILLMAN, N.J. — Slippery Rock university senior women’s tennis student-athlete Dunja Drmac was named Wednesday as the recipient of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association’s Division II Atlantic Region Arthur Ashe Leadership and Sportsmanship Award.
The award recognizes individuals who have exhibited scholastic, extracurricular and tennis achievements as well.
Drmac, a native of Split, Croatia, Drmac compiled a 13-8 record as SRU’s No. 2 singles player and teamed with Sarah Lynch for an 18-5 mark for its doubles team.
