Larry Dean Klingensmith
Larry Dean Klingensmith, 59, of Eastbrook Harlansburg Road, New Castle, passed away Wednesday evening at his home.
Born March 22, 1953, in New Castle, Larry was the son of the late William Dean and Erma Evalena Crawford Klingensmith.
He married his loving and devoted wife, the former Debra Frazier, on June 9, 1973. She survives.
Larry was a welder for Bridges and Towers Inc. in New Castle. Prior to that, he worked for Comanche Manufacturing in Volant.
He enjoyed camping, NASCAR and woodworking. Larry loved spending time and doing outdoor activities together with his family.
In addition to his wife, Larry is survived by two daughters, Tamara M. Kaufman and her husband, James, of Butler and Jennifer S. Elliott and her husband, Aaron, of New Castle; two brothers, Harold Klingensmith and his wife, Patricia, of Cerro Gordo, N.C., and Alan K. Klingensmith and his wife, Mindy, of Magnolia, Del.; four sisters, Carol Boyd of Shadyside, Ohio, Judy Wallace of Aurora, Ohio, Marilou Conley of New Castle and Deborah Sayfoot and her husband, Warren, of Florida; three grandchildren, Derek James Kaufman, Zachary Dean Kaufman and Alexandra Mae Elliott; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, William D. Klingensmith.
