Tina Maurer Campbell, 52, of Butler, formerly of Philipsburg, passed away at 7:43 a.m. Thursday at Allegheny General Hospital.

She was born Feb. 12, 1960, and was the daughter of John “Buck” and Sandy (Greenawalt) Maurer of Philipsburg.

She married Thomas Campbell in Emerald Isle, N.C., on May 1, 2000.

She was a 1978 graduate of the Philipsburg-Osceola Area High School and attended the Summerhill School of Business in Harrisburg. She also attended the Clearfield Vocational and Technical School where she studied computer programming.

She worked for many years with SANCO, a family owned and operated business in Philipsburg, and also with the Moshannon Valley Pharmacy in Philipsburg. She was a member of the St. John's United Methodist Church, Slippery Rock.

Surviving are her husband, Thomas Campbell of Butler; her parents; her stepdaughter, Jessica Kam and her husband, Weng Hung Kam, of Dundalk, Md.; stepsons, Daniel Campbell of Wendell, N.C. and Ben Campbell and his wife, Trish, of Raleigh, N.C.; step-grandson, Christian Kam of Dundalk, Md.; brothers, John R. Maurer II and his wife, Dorothy, of Philipsburg and Don Maurer and his wife, Cindy, of Philipsburg; and numerous cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, John and Caramel (Dixon) Greenawalt; paternal grandparents, Don and Nora (Jones) Maurer; an infant sister, Tami; and a brother, Greg Maurer.

<B>CAMPBELL</B> — The family of Tina Maurer Campbell, who passed away Thursday, May 3, 2012, will receive friends at the Trinity United Methodist Church, 121 S. Front St., Philipsburg, from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday.A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Trinity United Methodist Church with the Rev. Brenda K. Leigey officiating.A local memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at St. John's United Methodist Church, 244 Halston Road, Slippery Rock.The burial will be in the Philipsburg Cemetery.Arrangements are under the direction of the <B>Beezer-Heath Funeral Home</B>, Philipsburg.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church, P.O.
