Mary Elvira Bowser
Mary Elvira Bowser, 75, of Butler passed away Friday at the Butler Memorial Hospital.
She was born April 29, 1937, in Butler, the daughter of the late Salvatore Zurzolo and May (Hartle) Zurzolo.
She was a member of the New Beginnings Free Methodist Church. She loved baking cookies and giving them to friends and family.
Surviving are three daughters, Emma (Rich) Slomer of Ohio, Sue (Ed) Woessner of Indiana and Mary Dietrich of Butler; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; Sally (Dana) Perkins of Butler, who was like a daughter to her; one sister, Jessie Kearns of Butler; and two brothers, Robert Zurzolo and Sam Zurzolo, both of Butler.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Samuel Wampler.
<B>BOWSER</B> — Friends of Mary Elvira Bowser, who died Friday, May 4, 2012, will be received at the <B>Young Funeral Home</B>, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.Services will be held at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Tuesday with her pastor, the Rev.
