Robirda 'Dolly' Margaretta Edinger
Robirda “Dolly” Margaretta Edinger, 82, of Butler went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday at Butler Memorial Hospital.
She was born Jan. 5, 1930, in Karns City, the daughter of the late William Joseph and Sergie (Bish) Kamerer.
Dolly was a member of the Butler Assembly of God. She enjoyed painting and loved music, especially playing her Hawaiian guitar.
Surviving are three daughters, Margaret Lang of Butler, Linda (Wilbert) Grove of Marana, Ariz., and Virginia (Dennis) Frketich of Apollo; two sons, Michael W. (Cheryl) Edinger of Butler and Dennis P. (Deborah) Edinger of Volant; 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a sister, Ann Atkinson of Butler; and a brother, James Kamerer of New Castle.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael P. Edinger, who she married July 16, 1947, and who passed away Oct. 18, 1992; two brothers; and three sisters.
EDINGER — Friends of Robirda “Dolly” Margaretta Edinger, who passed away Thursday, May 17, 2012, will be received at Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday.
Services will be at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Monday with Pastor George Miller officiating. Interment will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Chicora.
