Margaret “Peg” M. Stahl, 92, of Butler passed away at 6:35 p.m. Saturday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born June 3, 1919, to the late William Mohan and Madge Flick Mohan.

Margaret was a devout Christian and a member of the GraceWay Community Church. A homemaker, Margaret loved animals and spending time with her family and friends. She was affectionately know as Nan and was proud of her Irish heritage.

Margaret is survived by one son, Jack Stahl and his companion, Sally, of Butler; two grandsons, Shawn Stahl and his wife, Misty, and Jason Stahl and his wife, Janice; and one great-grandson, Kenneth Stahl.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Stahl, who passed away in September 2000; one brother, Clarence Mohan; and one sister, Marie Kestner.

STAHL — Friends of Margaret “Peg” M. Stahl, who passed away Saturday, May 19, 2012, will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. David West of the GraceWay Community Church officiating.
