Iva J. 'Toots' Boak Guillard
Iva J. “Toots” Boak Guillard, 72, of Prospect passed away Tuesday at Passavant Retirement Community.
Born Nov. 10, 1939, in Mercer, she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Eurtha (Gongaware) Boak.
Toots was a member of Presbyterian Church of Portersville. She was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 53 years, Pete G. Guillard of Prospect; her son, Pete G. Guillard II and his wife, Andrea, of Roanoke, Va.; her daughter, Barbara Chvala and her husband, Brian, of Portersville; her three sisters, Doris Hayes, Patricia Hayes and Gayle Hutchison, all of Tennessee; four grandchildren, Ashley Ayres, Pete Guillard III, Chad Wimer and Elisha Guillard; and two great-grandchildren, Connor Wimer and Kayden Ayres.
GUILLARD — Iva J. “Toots” Boak Guillard, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2012. The Guillard family will welcome friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.Additional viewing will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral services at noon Tuesday at Presbyterian Church of Portersville, 1297 Perry Highway, Portersville, with the Rev. Dana Opp officiating.
