Susan D. Murtland, 71, of Bradenton, Fla., died peacefully Tuesday.

Born Dec. 21, 1940, in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Warren and Margaret Dambaugh and the oldest of six siblings.

She married Gary Murtland on Dec. 21, 1963, in Zelienople.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Murtland of Bradenton; her daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Timothy Kelly of Jacksonville, Fla.; her aunt, Marion Riddle of Bennington, Vt.; her siblings and their families, Margaret Barkley of Warner Robins, Ga., Warren (Pete) Dambaugh of Summerville, S.C., Mary Alice Neumann of Altamont, N.Y., Timothy Dambaugh of Wilmington, Del., and James Dambaugh of Cranberry Township; her loving cousins; extended family; and cherished friends.

MURTLAND — Susan D. Murtland died Tuesday, July 3, 2012. Her family will celebrate her life this fall in Pennsylvania.
