Bruce E. Bailey

Bruce Edward Bailey, 55, of 145 Blue Ridge Drive, Cranberry Township, formerly of Princeton, W.Va., died Wednesday at Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born Aug. 11, 1956, in Bluefield, W.Va., he was the son of the late Fred Edward Bailey Jr. and Esther Ann Tomlinson Tinsley.

He was a 1974 graduate of Princeton High School and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. He had been a resident of Pennsylvania since 1993 and moved here from Princeton.

Bruce was a retired pharmaceutical sales district manager for the Wyeth Drug Co.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jan Carol Lohr Bailey.

Survivors include his two daughters, Melissa Painter and her husband, Shaun, of Cranberry Township and Elizabeth Hrycko of Zelienople; one son, Bruce Edward Bailey Jr. and his wife, Dara, of Ona, W.Va.; four grandchildren, Sydney Hrycko, Brennan Hrycko, Laken Painter and Teegan Painter; one sister, Donna Bailey Sauers and her husband, Bill, of Cranberry Township; stepfather, Pritchard “P.T.” Tinsley of Princeton, W.Va.; and his father-in-law, Neil Lohr of Princeton.

BAILEY — Funeral services for Bruce Edward Bailey, who died Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the George W. Seaver Chapel of Seaver Funeral Home, Princeton, W.Va., 304-425-2282. Pastor Bob Zonts and the Rev. Scott Sears will officiate. Burial will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery in Princeton.
