Tasha Long and Franklin Penwell

A Sept. 28, 2013, wedding is being planned by Tasha Long of Harrisville and Franklin Penwell of New Castle.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Hoss and Tammy Long of Harrisville. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Barbara Italia-Redmond and Paul Redmond of New Castle.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Slippery Rock High School, a 2006 graduate of Slippery Rock University and a 2008 graduate of Butler County Community College.

She is employed by Jameson Health System in New Castle.

Her fiance graduated in 2007 from New Castle High School.

He is employed by USIS in Boyers.
