Thomas Edward Agostino, 45, of West Liberty passed away unexpectedly due to natural causes at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday

He was born in Grove City on Jan. 31, 1967, the son of Dominick Agostino and the late Arlene Delores Durnell.

He graduated from Slippery Rock High School in 1985. He was a carpenter and did custom cabinetry for Progressive Wood Working in Cabot for more than 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his daughter.

He is survived by his father, Dominick Agostino of Slippery Rock; his daughter, Madison Maria Agostino of Slippery Rock; one sister, Debra K. Hertzog of Slippery Rock; five brothers, Gary L. Agostino of Slippery Rock, Robert A. (Christine) Agostino of Harrisville, David R. Agostino of Grove City, Steven C. Agostino of Slippery Rock and Brian K. Agostino of Slippery Rock; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

AGOSTINO — Friends of Thomas Edward Agostino, who died Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2012, will be received at the Smith Funeral Home, 421 New Castle St., Slippery Rock, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Services will be at the funeral home Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. James Lewis, pastor of the West Liberty United Methodist Church, officiating.Interment will be in the Slippery Rock Cemetery.
