Olson

Keith Charles Olson, 42, of West Park Road, Slippery Rock, Worth Township, passed away at UPMC Shadyside, Pittsburgh, at 3:34 p.m. Monday.

He was born in Pittsburgh, on Jan. 23, 1970. He was the son of Ralph Peter Olson and Nancy McWilliams Olson. He married Rhonda Sue Kelly on May 31, 1997.

Mr. Olson was a financial services consultant for PNC Bank in Pittsburgh for over 15 years. He enjoyed fly fishing, kayaking and vacationing in the Outer Banks in North Carolina. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

His survivors include his wife, Rhonda Sue Olson of Slippery Rock; mother, Nancy M. Olson of Murrysville; sister, Cheryl Olson Fleming and her husband, Edward, of Leesburg, Va.; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.

OLSON — Funeral services for Keith Charles Olson, who passed away Monday, Oct. 29, 2012, will be at Smith Funeral Home, (Route 108), 421 New Castle St., Slippery Rock, at 11 a.m. Saturday, with Pastor Mike Bruno, pastor of the ABBA Christian Center, Slippery Rock, and the Rev. Marnie Silbert, pastor of the Newlonsburg Presbyterian Church, Murrysville, presiding.

Friends will be received at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday. Interment will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery, Worth Township.
