CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Tiffany Mae Errickson, 24, of Wexford had her case held to court. Police on Oct. 26 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Byron D. Hardy Jr., 31, of Ambridge waived his case to court. County detectives on June 25 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.

Amanda Christin Swanger, 46, of New Kensington waived her case to court. Police on Dec. 13 charged her with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Zachary Byron Yeager, 21, of Renfrew had his case held to court. Police on Dec. 20 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Christopher Randall Bushaw, 36, of Coraopolis waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 1 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Timothy M. Sowers, 40, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 26 charged him with retail theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property.

Matthew Douglas Schenck, 32, of Butler waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 11 charged him with retail theft and fraudulent removal of a license plate.

Tammy Jo Reilly, 29, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Police on Dec. 7 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.

Thomas G. Stevenson III, 28, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 21 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to stop and render aid.

Beth Ann Tomson, 27, of Russellton waived her case to court. Police on Oct. 26 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Nicole Slade, 31, no given address listed, waived her case to court. Police on Jan. 4 charged her with conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Richard Rosser, 27, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on Jan. 4 charged him with conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Theodore J. Streba IV, 25, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on Jan. 11 charged him with conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
