Scott J. Walker
Scott J. Walker, 38, of Saxonburg, formerly of Butler, died suddenly Saturday.
He was born May 1, 1974, in Fort Ord, Calif., and was the son of William P. “Pat” Walker Jr. and Mary Anne Regan Walker.
Scott was a U.S. Army veteran and had worked as a sous chef at LaCappella in Fox Chapel. He will be sorely missed by family and friends alike.
Surviving are his parents of Sarver; his son, Patrick R. Walker of Rochester, N.Y.; one sister, Kimberly Anne Walker of Cranberry Township; his maternal grandfather, John Regan of Sarver; uncles and aunts, Scott and Linda (Cardello) Walker of Whitehall, Pa., Linda Kovacik of Butler, Mike and Beth (Regan) Kelly of Sarver and Bridget (Regan) Walker of Sarver; and numerous cousins, great-aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Patrick, in 2006; his paternal grandparents, Bill and Ruth Walker of Crafton; and his maternal grandmother, Leona Regan of Sarver.
WALKER — Friends of Scott J. Walker, who died Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main Street, Saxonburg.Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 315 Stoney Hollow Road, Cabot, with Father Ward Stakem officiating.
