James Regis 'Rudy' Ruediger
James Regis “Rudy” Ruediger, 50, of Sarver passed away Thursday at his home.
He was born Feb. 11, 1963, in Natrona Heights and was the son of the late Walter Leroy Ruediger and Virginia Ann (Broerman) Ruediger.
Jim graduated from Knoch High School while participating at Butler Vo Tech. He also attended Beatty Technical School for auto body.
Jim worked at the Marshall Stamping Co. as a welder. Before that he worked at Freeport Transport and Bouchat Cadillac in Natrona Heights.
He was a member of the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Cabot. Jim enjoyed auto mechanics, restoring his old 1950s Dodge truck, hunting, gardening, casinos, traveling and his loving dog, Bubbles.
Surviving are his loving wife, Susan (Foreman) Ruediger, who he married Oct. 26, 1996; his stepson, Jamison Bishney of Covington, La.; his stepdaughter, Jennifer Keller of Sarver; three step-grandchildren, David Keller Jr., Samantha Jo Keller and Taylor Bishney; his siblings, Tom (Peggy) Ruediger of Sarver, Nancy Ruediger of Sarver, Linda Ruediger of Indiana and Bob Ruediger of Sarver; his nephews, Blake Beeman of Indiana and Bob Ruediger Jr. of Slippery Rock; and his canine companion, Bubbles.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
RUEDIGER — Friends of James Regis “Rudy” Ruediger, who passed away Thursday, April 11, 2013, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.
