Betty Jane Moore

Betty Jane Moore of Butler celebrated her 85th birthday with a family dinner at Natili’s South.

The former Betty Jane Sumney was born June 17, 1928, in Butler. She married Harvey Moore Jr. on Sept. 8, 1949, at St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church.

She has three children, Barbara Gerstner of Butler, Dale Moore of Slippery Rock and David Moore of Butler. She also has seven grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.

Moore is a homemaker and a member of St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church.
