George, Nichols
Lindsey George and Derek Nichols of Newark, N.Y., were united in marriage Oct. 13 at the manor home of Don and Shirley Chilcott. An outdoor reception followed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Maureen and Karl George of New York and the granddaughter of Maurice and Josephine Chilcott of Butler. Maureen George is formerly of Butler.
The bridegroom is the son of Allen and Victoria Nichols of Newark, N.Y., and the grandson of Doug Meich of Newark, N.Y., and Mary McCarthy of Newark, N.Y.
The couple had 14 attendants, all from New York, and guests from France, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, New York and Pennsylvania.
The bride graduated magna cum laude from Keuka College and received a bachelor’s degree in science.
The bridegroom graduated from Oswego College.
