Ernest H. 'Ernie' Graham

Ernest H. “Ernie” Graham, 71, of Butler passed away Saturday at Concordia Lutheran Ministries.

Born on June 6, 1942, in Butler, he was the son of the late Frank W. and Elizabeth Graham.

He was a carpenter at Butler Armco, retiring in 1996 after 35 years of service.

He was a member of the William H. Miller Lodge 769 F&AM and the Butler Area Street Machines Association.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda L. Holby Graham, who he was married to for 28 years; one son, Ernest James Graham of Lancaster, Pa.; one stepson, Michael Dickey and his wife, April, of Butler; two brothers, Martin Graham and his wife, Katie, of Butler and Reid “Skip” Graham and his wife, Phyllis, of Butler; four grandchildren, Kyle Norling of West Sunbury, Lauren Graham of Arizona, Zac Graham of Butler and Dirk Graham of Butler; and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one son, Scott E. Graham.

GRAHAM — Friends of Ernest H. “Ernie” Graham, who passed away Saturday, June 29, 2013, will be received in the Martin Funeral Home, INC., 429 Center Ave., Butler, on from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.Funeral services will be at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Bonnie Rupp-Fisher, associate pastor of Nixon United Methodist Church officiating.Members of the William H. Miller Lodge 769 F&AM will meet at the funeral home at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday to conduct memorial services. Burial will take place in Greenlawn Burial Estates.In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Butler County Humane Society.For more information, go to www.martinfh.net.
