From Drab To Dapper

Sergeant Major Robert Mateer of Butler glances over a colorful addition to the Army Reserve in September of 1973. The multi-colored Jeep served as a sharp contrast to the traditional olive drab Army green that was synonymous with the military. The vehicle, used for recruiting purposes, was outfitted with the help of donations from a number of local companies.
