Neff

Major Brian Neff graduated with his doctor of philosophy in electrical engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology in Dayton, Ohio.

His doctoral research involved using laser radar for future targeting sensors. Neff, a United States Air Force test pilot school graduate in 2007, will now teach future test pilots and flight test engineers at Edwards Air Force Base in California. He is joined in California with his wife Angela and two children. Neff was also recently selected for promotion to lieutenant colonel.

Neff graduated from Butler High School in 1995 and has served in the Air Force for the past 14 years.

He is the son of Larry and Mary Kay Neff of Butler.

U.S. Army Reserve Pvt. Seth Ramirez graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C.

Ramirez is a 2012 graduate of Moniteau High School and is the son of Frank Ramirez of Houston, Texas, and Vickie Bennett of West Sunbury.

U.S. Air Force Airman Isaac Eyth graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

Eyth graduated from a home-school program in 2010 and is the grandson of Mary Jane Ruggles of Butler.
