Gray

Victoria M. Gray, 66, of Harrisville, formerly of Butler, passed away Monday at her son’s home after a 12-year struggle with cancer.

She was born on March 22, 1947, in West Sunbury, the daughter of the late Herbert and Katherine (Salusky) Claypoole.

She was a former aide at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for 14 years.

Vicki attended the St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and always thought of other’s before herself.

Surviving are her three sons, Homer R. (Kelly) Gray of Slippery Rock, Dr. Daniel (Tresia) Gray of Butler and John (Heather) Gray of Harrisville; five grandchildren, Rick, Sam, Gaven, Alex and Cruz; four sisters, three brothers, and her lifelong best friend, Lisa Graham.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard R. Gray, who she married Feb. 7, 1966, and who died Dec. 8, 2010; her grandson, Kash Meals, and two brothers.

GRAY — Services and burial for Victoria M. Gray, who died Monday, Sept. 16, 2013, are private.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, Butler.
