BUTLER TWP — VA Butler Healthcare will host its annual Veterans Day ceremony on Monday.

The 9 a.m. service at the auditorium, sponsored by Butler County Veteran Services, will be a celebration of all veterans.

It will include the presentation of colors, music, readings, a rifle salute and remarks from the Veteran of the Year.

HARRISBURG — Starting next month, it will be more affordable for families to open Pennsylvania 529 Investment Plans to save money for children for college.Ninety percent of PA 529 IP account owners will pay fees of 39 basis points or less, which is a 22 percent reduction from current fees for their accounts.
