Ritson, McKissick

Courtney and Joel McKissick Jr.

Courtney Ritson and Joel McKissick Jr., both of Butler, were united in marriage Oct. 26 at Saint Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Butler. Pastor Al Towberman officiated. A reception followed at the Summit Sportsman Club.

The bride is the daughter of Keith Ritson of Mercer and Kelley McGregor of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Joel and Sheri McKissick Sr. of Butler.

The honor attendant was Heather Weber of Butler. Bridesmaids included Krysta Headley of Butler, Jennifer Edwards of West Virginia, Nicole Bosko of Butler, Kayla Kerr of Butler and Franky Campbell of Prospect.

The flower girls were Korahlin Dunnigan, Nora Headley and Mercedes Weber, all of Butler.

Performing the duties of best man was Joel McKissick Sr. of Butler. Ushers included Nickola Headley, James McKissick II, Russell McDowel, Andrew Kerr, David McCullough and Adam Spinner, all of Butler. Joel McKissick III of Butler was the junior groomsman.

The bride is a graduate of Butler High School. She also attended Butler County Community College.

She is employed by Chicora Medical Center.

The bridegroom attended Butler High School and graduated from 21st Century Cyber School. He also graduated from New Castle School of Trades.

He is employed by JSP, Butler.

Following a honeymoon trip to the Poconos, the couple is making their home in Butler.
