Liberto 50th anniversary
William and Patricia Liberto of Chicora celebrated 50 years of marriage with a Mass at Mater Dolorosa Church followed by a family dinner at Biller Social Hall in Chicora.
Liberto married Patricia Callihan on Oct. 26, 1963, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Ford City.
They have five children, Marta (Tim) Barger of Chicora, Maria (Brian) McLaughlin of Cranberry Township, Missy (Bob) Easley of Chicora, Bill (Christine) Liberto of Hilliard, Ohio, and Mary (Travis) Twentier of Chicora.
They also have ten grandchildren.
Liberto retired from Witco after 30 years.
He was a football official for 32 years and is a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
Mrs. Liberto worked at Mellon Bank and she is a homemaker.
The Libertos enjoy Silver Sneakers.
They are members of the Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church where Mrs. Stevenson is a member of the church Altar and Rosary Society.
