State police at the Clarion barracks report that Joshua P. Bartley was driving his 2006 Ford F-150 on Greenville Pike, just north of the Stone House in Clarion Township around 4:45 a.m., when the wreck occurred.
The truck reportedly drove off the right side of the road. When it began to roll over, Bartley who was not wearing a seat belt was ejected. He was later pronounced dead at the scene by the Clarion County coroner.
Two passengers in Bartley’s truck, Justin J. Lackey, 23, of Chicora and Carlos E. Morando III, 23, of Butler, were wearing seat belts and suffered only minor injuries.
