Evelyn G. Gibson Lestyk
Evelyn G. Gibson Lestyk, 94, formerly of Butler, passed away Tuesday in Knoxville, Tenn.
She was born on Sept. 25, 1919, in Karns City, the daughter of the late Henry Albert and Lillie (King) Lanterman.
She had been a sales clerk at Jaffees and Montgomery Ward. She had belonged to the North Street Christian Church.
Surviving are her son, Harold L. “Bud” Gibson of Knoxville, Tenn.; her two grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Harold L. “Gibby” Gibson, who died Dec. 6, 1995, and her second husband, John Lestyk, who died Feb. 4, 2002.
LESTYK — The friends of Evelyn G. Gibson Lestyk, 94, formerly of Butler who passed away Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, will be received at the Young Funeral Home, 127 W.
