Butler County's jobless rate for November 2013 remained at 6.0 percent, the lowest rate in the nine-county region. November's seasonally adjusted unemployment numbers are in bold type. The numbers in smaller type are October's revised rates. Three counties' rates went up by 0.1 percent, while the rates in four others went down by 0.1 percent, and the remaining two — including Butler — remained the same.
