Muriel L. Everette
Muriel L. Everette, 89, of Kittanning, formerly of Butler, passed away Thursday evening at the Kittanning Care Center, where she had lived for a number of years due to health conditions.
Born in Pittsburgh on May 15, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Susan Ella Nixon Hepner.
Muriel had worked as a waitress at many food service locations in Butler as well as the Butler Memorial Hospital. She also had worked at Castle Rubber for a period of time until ill health ended that employment.
She was a Baptist.
Surviving are one son and his wife, Charles P. and Sue Everette of Butler; one granddaughter and her husband, Jodi and Patrick Shirey of Butler; and two great-granddaughters. She also is survived by two sisters, Maxine Burkhart of Shippenville, formerly of West Monterey, and Violet Bonetti of Butler; as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Jack, H. Ray and Earl Hepner.
EVERETTE — There will be no visitation for Muriel L.
