Larry Collingwood, 44, of Butler waived to court 53 counts of theft, filed Nov. 17 by Buffalo Township police.
Joseph M. Gibson, 28, waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 10 by state police.
Jessica L. Holley, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and false identification to law enforcement authorities, filed Sept. 20 by state police.

Eric R.
