Rebecca Ann 'Becky' Olcus

Rebecca Ann “Becky” Olcus, 88, of Kittanning passed away Sunday at Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot.

Becky was born on July 30, 1925, in Adrian, Pa., to the late John L. and Mary E. (Crissman) Sadler.

She married James R. Olcus on July 8, 1950, at the Worthington Evangelical Lutheran Church. James passed away on Feb. 10, 2002.

Becky was a homemaker and a member of the St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Adrian and of the Kaylor Grange.

She is survived by her two nieces, Sandra Ann Sadler of Austin, Texas, and Lorna (Jeff) Sadler Lash of Adrian; her three sisters-in-law, Ruth Delaney and her family of Leeper, Marian McKenzie of Chicora and Irene Olcus and her family of East Brady; and her brother-in-law, Harry Griffiths and his family of East Brady.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her brother, Albert T. Sadler and his wife, Margaret; her sister, Esther J. Sadler; her sister-in-law, Doris Griffiths; and her brothers-in-law, Leo and Charles Olcus.

Olcus — The friends of Rebecca Ann “Becky” Olcus, who passed away Sunday, March 9, 2014, will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 832 East Brady Road, Cowansville.Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m. Friday until the time of the service at 11 a.m. with the Rev.
