Butler seventh-grader Audrey Hilliard placed first in both the 100 and 200 dash and contributed to the winning 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams last week at the Butler Junior High Girls Track and Field Invitational. Hilliard was named the Track MVP, helping the Golden Tornado girls place second in the team standings.

Eighth-grader Jena Reinheimer earned Field MVP after winning the shot put and discus.

Following are Butler’s medalists at the event.

100 Dash: 1-Audrey Hilliard 13.66; 4-Madison Tonini 14.13

3,200 Run: 3-Maggie Welty 12:32.48

300 Hurdles: 4-Samantha Barr 57.77; 7-Madalyn Fry 59.94

400 Relay: 1-Butler (Maggie Hohn, Adrianna McGarrah, Madison Tonini, Audrey Hilliard) 54.65

1,600 Relay: 1-Butler (Alyson Holt, Audrey Hilliard, Samantha Shuster, Madison Tonini) 4:28.48

3,200 Relay: 2-Butler (Ally Mandalas, Maegan Emanuel, Elizabeth Simms, Hannah Welty) 11:20.56

High Jump: 1-MacKenzi Popovich 4-6

Pole Vault: 5-Jaela Yohe 5-6

Long Jump: 4-Mia Rader 14-6; 6-Adrianna McGarrah 13-7

Triple Jump: 2-Sarah Zaludek 29-9; 3-Adrianna McGarrah 29-6

Shot Put: 1-Jena Reinheimer 33-5

Discus: 1-Jena Reinheimer 82-5.5
