Joyce M. Snow, 74, of Chicora, formerly of Petrolia, passed away Sunday at Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.

Joyce was born in Butler on June 25, 1939. She was the daughter of the late Relton and Gertrude McGinnis Michael.

She was a Protestant. She was a homemaker and enjoyed the company of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and baking.

She is survived by her four children, Ronald J. Snow (Yvonne Phebus) of Petrolia, DeRonda Faust (T.J.) of Pittsburgh, Esther Claypoole (John) of Hilliards and Charlotte Caldwell of Clarion; her two brothers, Bernard Michael (Peg) of Fairview and DeWitt Michael (Marlene) of Twinsburg, Ohio; and her sister, Esther Long of Odessa, Texas. Also surviving are her seven grandchildren; her nine great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and two infant granddaughters.
