Ruth A. (Burdick) Dietz of Penn Hills passed away Thursday.

She was the wife of the late Thomas R. Dietz; the loving mother of James T. Dietz (Barbara) and Scott C. Dietz (Anna); the sister of Marilyn Rider and Diane Kosick, and the late Vivian DeSantis, William Burdick and Virginia Christie; and the grandmother of John Dietz (Danielle), Lauren Madia (Matthew), Lindsey Dietz and Nathan Dietz.

She also is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors.

DIETZ — Friends of Ruth A. (Burdick) Dietz, who died Thursday, April 24, 2014, will be received Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME of CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township, where services will be held Monday at 11 a.m.In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Penn Hills Meals on Wheels, 1229 Jefferson Heights Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15235.
