Bernard E. (Bud) Myers, 84, of Round Rock, Texas, formerly of Butler, passed away Friday at his home.

Born on Sept. 16, 1929, he was the son of the late Adeline (McCorry) Myers and Bernard A. Myers.

While in Butler, he was employed by Butler Motor Transit.

Bud enjoyed woodworking in his spare time.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Myers; his daughter, Rae Ann (Edward) Hoelzer of Butler; his daughter-in-law, Cynthia (Beck) Myers of Butler; his sons, Kirk (Cecelia) Myers of Butler and Bernard S. (Bernie) Myers of Indiana; his sister, Hazel (Myers) Kohl of Round Rock, Texas; his 10 grandchildren; his 11 great-grandchildren; and his many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Cory E. Myers.
