Karenbauer, Grandy
Andrea Mae Karenbauer and William Henry Grandy, both of Springfield, Va., were united in marriage April 12 at Dahlgren Chapel of Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. The Rev. Leo Murray officiated. A reception followed at the Sheraton Hotel in Arlington, Va.
The bride is the daughter of Pamela and Kevin Karenbauer of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Phan and William Grandy of Front Royal, Va.
The honor attendant was Danae Cassels of Waterloo, Ala. The bridesmaid was Melissa Albanes of Reston, Va.
Performing the duties of best man was Mason Eoyang of Springfield. The groomsman was David Rowe of Springfield.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of Knoch High School, a 2003 graduate of Allegheny College and a 2008 graduate of Georgetown University.
She is employed by the federal government in Washington, D.C.
The bridegroom graduated in 1998 from Woodbridge High School and in 2003 from George Mason University.
He is employed by Virginia Academy of Fencing.
Following a honeymoon trip to Kaui, Hawaii, the couple is making their home in Springfield, Va.
